BUILT AROUND THE PRODUCT

A gas stove is a system. We bring its parts together.

The AOFENG gas stove workshop in Wuyi, Zhejiang, is part of the manufacturing operation behind ECOBRIDGE’s gas cooking range. Our new factory photography shows body forming, grouped metal components, printing and staffed assembly lines. It reveals the work behind the finished appliance instead of showing only a catalog image.

A gas stove brings together the body, cooking positions, supports, gas components, controls and—in covered or stand-mounted formats—additional structural parts. The commercial version also includes its branding, instructions and packing. Those decisions work best when they are considered around one selected model.

For an importer, the purpose of this workshop tour is practical: see the manufacturing environment, understand which part of the process matters to your project, and start a more precise quotation or sample discussion. Our team can connect the visible production route with the configuration and documents needed for the product you plan to source.

REAL OPERATIONS · ORIGINAL FACTORY PHOTOGRAPHY

Look closer at the work behind the product.

These photographed operations show how the upstream metal work and assembly floor support a gas-stove order. The exact component route depends on the chosen model and its approved specification.

The body starts with forming

The gas stove’s shape is established before final assembly. Press stations produce the formed panels and body components that define the cooking layout and finished footprint. Stacks of metal parts beside the equipment show this stage of the manufacturing route.

When comparing models, look beyond burner count. The body dimensions, cover, control position and support arrangement all influence the appearance, packing profile and everyday product format.

Components prepared for the next operation

The workshop includes component work areas with parts grouped beside production stations. Preparing the relevant hardware and subassemblies connects upstream fabrication with the model being assembled.

For a covered or stand-supported stove, identify the lid, supports, frame parts and fasteners in the order specification. This makes the included product easier to compare and gives packing discussions a complete starting point.

Finish and control graphics

Surface appearance and panel markings are part of the appliance buyers see. The photographed production stations support the transition from formed components to finished, identifiable parts.

Brand artwork should follow the selected control layout. Approve logo position, graphics and the relevant product identification together with the sample, so a change to the model does not leave an older artwork file in use.

Gas stove assembly

Assembly combines the product body, working components, controls and included parts. Staffed stations and line-side component bins are visible throughout the new workshop collection. This is where the individual part choices become the complete cooking appliance.

The quotation should identify the exact production version: gas family, nominal pressure, inlet, ignition and any specified safety components. Those technical choices come from the approved specification, rather than the visual similarity of two stoves.

Final fitting and presentation

The finished product needs the assembled structure, visible fit and brand presentation to agree with the approved sample. Covers, supports, controls and body panels all contribute to how the appliance is received and sold.

During sample approval, discuss the specific appearance and functional checks relevant to the model. Keep those agreed expectations with the product file so the final order is reviewed on the same basis.

Packing around the complete SKU

Packing completes the supplied SKU: appliance, included accessories, instructions, identification and protective materials. The factory photographs show cartons and packed units staged around the assembly and packing areas.

A private-label project should release carton artwork and manual language against the final product version. Confirm units per carton, dimensions and weights before using the figures in a container plan.

Have a specific model in mind? Bring its reference, destination and quantity. We can focus the factory discussion on the version you plan to source.

Factory capability becomes valuable when it fits your order.

AOFENG’s factory combines component-production areas with the gas assembly floor. The new material shows presses, formed bodies, prepared parts, printing stations and operators working on appliances. This connection gives a buyer several useful points to examine during a visit, from the structure of a panel to the way the supplied product is put together.

For OEM/ODM development, we can begin with a catalog platform or review a drawing or sample. The first discussion should settle the commercial role of the product: an entry tabletop model, a covered household stove, a stand-supported format or a larger range. Appearance, components and packing can then be evaluated against that platform and your market.

Gas configuration remains model-specific. Tell us the destination country and required fuel arrangement when asking for a quotation. Our team can discuss the relevant model file, gas-family and pressure information, inlet, ignition and product identification. Where a market requires product documents, match the exact ordered model and configuration with the available evidence in our certificate library.

For production approval, connect the sample to the specification, artwork, manual and packing record. Agree the applicable inspection scope and acceptance basis before shipment. This gives the purchasing team a clear reference for appearance, included components and the gas-product checks appropriate to the selected version.

The confirmed 50,000 m² factory, 700-person team and monthly 250,000-unit production capacity describe AOFENG’s overall manufacturing operation. They are not a promised allocation for a single gas model. Share your model mix, quantities and required shipment window so we can discuss the project’s actual production plan.

QUESTIONS FROM INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Know the factory.
Plan the next step.

What does the gas stove workshop tour show?

It shows metal-forming equipment, prepared stove bodies and metal parts, printing-related stations, staffed gas-stove assembly and packing areas. The page uses the factory’s October 2026 photo and video collection.

Can I source covered tabletop gas stoves?

Yes. Covered tabletop gas stoves are part of the catalog. Browse the gas stove range and send the preferred model, destination, quantities and branding requirements to start a specification discussion.

Can the same gas stove be supplied for different countries?

A similar body can be offered in different ordered configurations, but suitability must be established for the exact version. Confirm the gas family, pressure, inlet, ignition, identification, instructions and any required documents for the destination.

Which OEM details should I prepare?

Send the preferred model or product format, market, quantity, finish, logo artwork, manual language and packing needs. Include the required gas configuration and any specified components or market documentation.

Does a workshop photo prove a model is certified?

No. Factory photography shows the production environment. Product approval depends on the relevant document, listed models and configuration. Our certificate library provides a separate route for reviewing available files.

How do I arrange a gas workshop visit?

Send your company details, model interests and preferred dates. Identify whether you want to focus on metal components, assembly, samples or packing so the visit can be planned around the relevant operations.
