A CONNECTED MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

More of the making. Closer to the source.

AOFENG manufactures cooking appliances in Wuyi County, Zhejiang, China, with ECOBRIDGE supporting international sourcing and OEM/ODM projects. Our factory brings metal-component production, finishing, product assembly and shipment preparation into one manufacturing setting. That connection matters when a buyer needs the finished appliance, its branding and its packing to follow the same approved specification.

This factory tour follows the physical stages visible in our October 2026 photography and video: presses and formed panels, fabricated metal parts, surface-treatment equipment, printing stations, assembly lines, packaging and finished-goods storage. Gas and electric appliances share some upstream capabilities, then follow their own component and assembly requirements.

For a new order, we start with the product family and destination market. The selected model, technical configuration, appearance and packaging define the production route. A compact hot plate and a covered gas stove may both begin with formed metal parts, but they need different components, checks and documentation before they are ready for sale.

A finished appliance is the result of several connected operations. These eight stages show the production activities photographed at the factory and the decisions they support for a wholesale or private-label order.

Metal forming

Presses form the panels and body components used in cooking appliances. The workshop photographs show tooling, press stations and stacked parts at different stages of production. Body geometry begins here: panel openings, formed edges and fixing positions need to suit the selected appliance platform.

For an OEM project, agree the overall dimensions, panel layout and relevant drawings before releasing a structural change. An approved sample gives assembly and appearance checks a common reference.

Metal-part fabrication

Metal fabrication supports the frames, supports and other hardware used across the range. The photographed work areas contain fabricated parts, workstations and grouped components awaiting the next operation. Different product formats bring different requirements for fit, support and fastening.

A stand-mounted stove, for example, needs its stand components and fasteners considered together with the appliance. Confirm which parts are included in the supplied model rather than treating accessories as a later addition.

Surface preparation

Formed parts move through the surface-processing route appropriate to their material and finish. The factory tour includes treatment equipment and parts staged for processing. Surface preparation connects the metal component to its final appearance and helps establish a consistent basis for the finishing stage.

Use the approved material and finish specification when discussing color, texture and appearance. The exact sequence depends on the component; it is not identical for every gas stove or hot plate.

Finishing and handling

The finishing area includes overhead handling equipment and racks of appliance components. These operations sit between component manufacture and final assembly, where the visible finish becomes part of the product buyers will display and sell.

Approve a physical color or finish reference alongside the product sample. For repeat orders, record the agreed reference and any approved revision so the purchasing team can discuss a change precisely.

Branding and panel printing

Printing stations add product-facing graphics to the relevant panels and components. Brand presentation includes more than a logo: control identification, position, orientation and artwork revision all affect the finished appliance.

Our OEM discussion can cover brand graphics, panel appearance and packing artwork for the selected platform. Release the production artwork after the model and control layout are agreed, so the printed information matches the actual product.

Product assembly

Assembly brings the body, working components, controls and accessories together. The photographs show staffed lines with components staged beside individual workstations. Gas stoves and electric hot plates follow separate assembly needs, even where they use related metal-production capabilities.

Keep the model reference, component configuration and approved sample connected to the order. Explore the gas and electric workshop pages for a closer view of each product family.

Packing preparation

Packing connects the finished product with the manual, included accessories, protective materials and carton. The packing-area photographs show products and cartons moving through this part of the factory. Branding and destination-language files need to be ready in time for the agreed order.

Confirm the individual pack and master-carton basis together. A change to accessories or protection may alter carton dimensions, gross weight and the loading plan, even when the appliance itself is unchanged.

Warehousing and dispatch

Finished-goods areas hold packed appliances before dispatch. Our new photography shows palletized cartons, marked circulation routes and loading activity at the factory. These spaces connect manufacturing with the shipment quantities and model mix on the order.

Use the approved packing list and current carton data to plan dispatch. Production capacity, stock availability and the shipment date are different questions; our team can review them against your selected models and quantities.

Have a specific model in mind? Bring its reference, destination and quantity. We can focus the factory discussion on the version you plan to source.

MANUFACTURING + PROJECT SUPPORT

A factory partner for the whole order.

Our manufacturing base was established in 2009. Today, the factory’s confirmed overall figures are a 50,000 m² facility, a team of 700 people and monthly production capacity of 250,000 units. These are factory-wide figures across the production operation, rather than an allocation to any one model or workshop.

ECOBRIDGE’s Guangzhou team connects international buyers with AOFENG’s manufacturing operation. That gives an importer one route for product selection, OEM/ODM discussions, sample coordination and order communication. The engineering discussion can begin with a current platform, a target market, drawings or a sample, depending on the project.

For a first order, the most useful starting point is a clear product brief: destination country, product family, preferred format, target quantity and branding requirements. We can then discuss the relevant manufacturing route and identify which specifications, samples and files need to be agreed. For a repeat order, include the previous model and approved revision so changes can be reviewed against a known reference.

QUESTIONS FROM INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Know the factory.
Plan the next step.

Where is the AOFENG factory located?

The manufacturing base is at No. 19 Shenbao Road, Baiyang Subdistrict, Wuyi County, Zhejiang Province, China. ECOBRIDGE’s international sales office is in Guangzhou. When arranging a visit, specify whether you want to visit the manufacturing base or meet the sales team.

Which production activities can I see on this tour?

The supplied factory material shows metal forming, metal-part work, surface-processing equipment, printing, gas and electric assembly areas, packing, warehousing and loading activity. The photographs are from the October 2026 factory-media collection.

Do gas stoves and hot plates use the same production process?

They share some upstream metal and appearance processes, but their working components and assembly requirements differ. Gas configuration and electric ratings must be matched to the selected product. The two workshop pages explain these routes separately.

Can I discuss private-label manufacturing?

Yes. Send the product type, destination, quantities and branding brief. OEM/ODM scope is reviewed against the selected platform, drawings or sample, and the relevant technical and packing requirements.

Does the factory capacity guarantee my delivery date?

The confirmed 250,000-unit monthly capacity is a factory-wide figure. An order schedule depends on the selected model, quantities, configuration, approvals and production planning. Ask our team for the schedule applicable to your project.

How can I arrange a factory visit or a focused video tour?

Send your company, destination market, product interests and preferred visit dates. Tell us which operations you want to discuss, such as metal forming, gas assembly, electric assembly or packing. We can coordinate the visit around the relevant product route.
